Full Guide

Massage the cream well into the following areas of your body: chest, neck, breasts, abdomen, inner arms, and thighs. Each application should target one of these areas only.

Start with an initial dosage of 0.625g (which is approximately 1/4 of a small 2.5ml teaspoon) and gradually increase it to 1.25g (around 1/2 of a small 2.5ml teaspoon).

You can fill your teaspoon with cream, level it, and divide it accordingly.

It’s a good idea to do this once to get a visual guide of how much cream you should apply using your fingertip.

When following the Menopause and Post Menopause protocol, a jar typically lasts 1 month, unless you need to use more cream during hot flushes or night sweats.

When to Use – Menstrual Pain:

Begin applying 0.625g (1/4 of a small 2.5ml teaspoon) in the morning and evening from Day 5 of your menstrual cycle. Increase it to 1.25g (1/2 of a small 2.5ml teaspoon) from Day 19 to Day 28, then stop.

Your period should start, and you’ll begin again on Day 5 of your next cycle. If your period doesn’t arrive after stopping on Day 28, resume the cream 5 days later.

If you experience spotting mid-cycle, continue with the cream until Day 28 or until you have a full period with normal blood flow if it occurs earlier.

Help to Reduce Occurrence of Menopausal Symptoms:

Beginning on Day 7 of your menstrual cycle, apply 0.625g (1/4 of a small 2.5ml teaspoon) in the morning and evening until Day 20. Then increase to 1.25g (1/2 of a small 2.5ml teaspoon) until Day 28 before stopping the cream.

Your period may come the next day (Day 1), and you should restart the cream on Day 7.

If your period doesn’t arrive, start again on Day 7 of your new cycle.

Persistent Menopause:

Following the above instructions, anticipate menopausal symptoms to decrease and eventually disappear by the third month.

If hot flushes or night sweats persist, apply a small amount of cream to the insides of your wrists whenever needed.

Post Menopause:

For the first 2 months, use 0.625g (1/4 of a small 2.5ml teaspoon) in the morning and evening daily. If hot flushes and night sweats persist, apply extra cream to your wrists when needed.

After 2 months, create a monthly cycle with Day 7 as the 7th day of each month. Use 0.625g (1/4 of a small 2.5ml teaspoon) for 2 weeks, then increase to 1.25g (1/2 of a small 2.5ml teaspoon) until the end of the month. Stop and then resume 7 days later.

In case of a topical allergic reaction, you can apply the cream only to the palms of your hands and soles of your feet. If a rash appears in areas where the cream hasn’t been applied, discontinue use.
