Suzy’s Lemontini:
I am not really sure how I have become know for my cocktails except that I do love them. I remember my first Lemon Drop at a local restaurant. I loved it! It was bright, little bit sweet and found out quickly, a sipping drink. After a few attempts, I put together my own recipe for Suzy’s Lemontini.
Organic Ingredients:
- 2 Shots Vodka
- 1 Shot Lemoncello
- 1 Shot Fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 Shot of Simple Syrup (see recipe below)
- Sugar to rim the glass
How to make Simple Syrup
Super easy and great to have on hand:
1 cup organic sugar
1 cup filtered water
Combine in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Heat until the syrup is clear. Store in a mason jar in the refrigerator.
Now What:
Fill skaker cup half way with ice. Add all of the indredients and shake well.
Use a slice of lemon and rim the top of the glass. Roll rim in the sugar. Pour lemontini in the glass. Add a slice of lemon to top it off.
