Mama’s Cucumber & Tomato Salad Recipe
Organic Ingredients:
- 2 Cucumbers
- 2 Large Tomatoes or 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Vinegar
- 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 t. Sea Salt
- 1/4 t. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 t. Sugar
Now What:
Slice cucumbers and tomato’s about 1/4″ thick. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a medium size bowl and then add your cucumbers and tomatoes. Let marinate for about 2 hours.
I can’t even tell you how good this is! It’s a perfect side dish and so simple.
