Family

I heard once that family starts with you, you are the beginning of a circle. As each person comes into being or into your life, they are added to your circle. I picture my family with joined hands and when a person is added, we drop a hand to allow them in, and then we join hands again. The love expands as the circle expands. Love is a circle, infinite in design and never ending.

We have opened and allowed members into our family many times. It’s a conscious decision yet instinctual at the same time. My husband Collin and I have a large core value for family. We have fathered and mothered our own children and many others over the years. Taken people in, come alongside, nurtured and most of all, fed them! In future blogs, I will share more on how we do this and why.
