Rose’s Easy Banana Pancakes:
The oats make them gluten free so if you are struggling with gluten intolerance or Celiac disease these are great. (Make sure the oats you are using are gluten free.)
They are packed with goodness and a healthy alternative to regular pancakes.

Organic Ingredients:
Banana Oat Pancakes – Gluten Free
- 1 cup of quick oats
- 2 eggs
- 2 bananas
- 1 tsp of coconut oil or melted butter
- 2 heaping tablespoons of Greek yogurt ( or your preference of yogurt)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Put ingredients together in a NutriBullet or blender and blend together. Cook on low heat.
- Add favorite toppings.
- (I usually add chopped walnuts & blueberries for mine and my toddler usually asks for blueberries & mango or sliced banana & peanut butter on his.)
